By placing your order through this company for Packers tickets or other merchandise, you agree to be subject to these terms and conditions.

Tickets
Please note that the NFL does not print and ship tickets until mid July. As a result, orders for tickets and/or ticket packages will beggin shipping in Mid-August and will be processed in the order in which they were received.

NAMES
Please include the names of all tour members, the credit card holder’s billing address and daytime phone number. All documents will be shipped to the billing address listed on the credit card. Credit card orders must have an exact match of cardholder name and billing address. We cannot ship to another person or another address.

HOTEL CHOICES
Please note a choice of hotel for the type a tour you’ve selected with more than 1 hotel option. In the event that the hotel scheduled to be used for your package is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute another hotel.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
All orders are assessed a minimum $15 shipping charge and a 3% handling fee. International shipping is a minimum of $38. Per Wisconsin state law, home game tour packages are assessed a 5.5% sales tax.

ROOMING REQUESTS
Adjoining room and smoking preferences will be honored in the order received. These requests CANNOT be guaranteed, but we usually can accommodate most requests. ORDER EARLY for best success.

BEDS
Rooms with single occupancy (1 person) will receive 1 bed. For rooms with double occupancy (2 people), indicate the desired bedding arrangement – 1 or 2 beds. All triple (3 people) and quad (4 people) rooms will have 2 beds.

SEATING LOCATIONS SPECIAL REQUESTS
If the seating preference you order is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a different one. If you have ordered upgraded seating and it is not available and you receive a category of lower value, you will only be charged the appropriate lower price. Where groupings four or greater are ordered, unless we specifically state otherwise, there is a chance that the groupings will not be immediately seated together. We cannot guarantee exact rows, sections, or aisle seating. However, we always do our best to accommodate your desires and are usually successful. Seating for many events is quite scarce, so we may be unable to satisfy all of your requests. We may have to split up group seating requests. Occasionally, we may also have to substitute a lesser seating category, with a corresponding credit for the difference in value. With regard to orders for our Packer Fan Tours Ticket & Tailgate Package, all sections and rows will be our choice—no specific row or section requests are guaranteed.

Although we strive to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations you may have ordered may not be available for various reasons. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with comparable or better tickets at no additional cost to you, without further notice. With regard to football game seating, some examples of similar or better tickets include any section that is on the same level or a lower level and which is the same approximate distance from the 50-yard line and any row that is the same row or lower than the row ordered. In extremely rare occasions, if no comparable tickets are available you will receive an email or phone call with alternative locations and pricing options.

GUARANTEE
All orders are guaranteed! Once you place your order and payment is received, you are guaranteed to receive your tickets and other package components, subject to the conditions set forth above.

DOCUMENTS
Confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of payment. Final tour documents will be received via courier service a minimum 7 days prior to game date. Game tickets may be delivered later or on site where security and convenience factors make it necessary.

ORDER CHANGES
A revised confirmation will be provided by email in the event an order is changed. Any changes (i.e. name changes, hotel check-in and check-out dates, number of people, etc.) made within 60 days of the scheduled game date shall incur a $25 processing fee.

SPECIAL REQUESTS & ACCOMMODATIONS
While we do our best to accommodate your special requests (including—but not limited to—stadium seating requests, hotel room accommodations, special surprise gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, etc), due to the volume of orders received, mistakes can and do happen on occasion; thus, we cannot be held responsible if your request is not granted.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be received in writing. A full refund (less $200/person land; $300/person air) will be provided for all cancellations received 60 days or more from the scheduled game date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 60 day of the scheduled game date. Any cancellation fee due to a reduction in group size is not transferable to the balance of the group. Please note Brett’s Steakhouse Tailgate and Ticket Packages are non-refundable. All Hotel Room “Only” purchases are also non-refundable; all sales are final.

INSURANCE
Information regarding trip cancellation insurance for tour packages is available online. CLICK HERE for information from a company we recommend for your trip insurance. NOTE: Insurance purchase is recommended, as no refunds are made if you cannot attend the tour for any reason, including weather.

CHANGES IN GAME SCHEDULES
In the unusual circumstance that the game you ordered is postponed or the date or time or venue changed, we cannot be responsible, nor can we issue refunds or accept cancellations. While this is rare, it could happen more often with the new NFL Flexible Schedule policy. In the case of tour packages that include game tickets, we will always fulfill our obligation to include all elements of the tours even if a game time changes, at adjusted times. We encourage those who are scheduling air to attend a game to consider that the game time might be moved when booking your return flights, as we cannot be responsible for missed flights due to game time changes. Where the game is completely canceled, we will issue a credit under your name for the purchase price (less shipping and handling), which can be used towards any future purchases with us. Where a specific player or players are unable to play or appear, a date or venue has changed, or any ancillary entertainment such as pre, halftime or post game activities, performers or ceremonies have changed or been cancelled, but the game itself is not cancelled, no refunds or cancellations of orders will be accepted nor refunds or credits made. In the rare case a game is canceled due to a NFL lockout or player strike, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price, less any handling/service fees.

LOST TICKETS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
You are responsible to safeguard your tickets, once received. They cannot usually be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Where we are able to replace game tickets, there will be a minimum fee equal to the face value, plus a one-time $25 fee. Some tickets can fade or be rendered unreadable when exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat.

Due to their transferable nature, gift certificates cannot and will not be replaced or reissued under any circumstances. Gift certificates are considered cash and should be safeguarded as such to prevent loss or theft. All ticket and gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. There will be no exceptions.

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL CONDITIONS SET FORTH BY LAMBEAU FIELD OR OTHER HOST STADIUMS
Specifically, Green Bay City Ordinance provides that no beverages, thermoses, ice chests, coolers or jugs be brought on the premises. In addition, the Packers prohibit food items and glass containers from being brought inside Lambeau Field. Video cameras and still cameras with lenses over 12″ are not allowed. You are permitted to use a still photo camera for your personal enjoyment. You acknowledge that all game attendees, regardless of age (including infants), must have a game ticket or will not be permitted into the stadium.

Unless otherwise noted as an International Shipping Rate, all shipping quotes listed online are applicable to the continental U.S. only. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us at tickets@packerfantours.com for shipping information.

International shipping rates quoted online apply only when shipping ticket and/or tour packages to Mexico and Canada. For shipping to all other countries, or international memorabilia shipping, please contact us at tickets@packerfantours.com for shipping information. International shipping rates quoted online do not apply to memorabilia.

DUE TO AN INCREASE IN FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP TICKETS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. BECAUSE WE SHIP TICKETS VIA FED EX, WE CANNOT SHIP TICKETS TO P.O. BOXES. FED EX WILL REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. If your credit card billing address is a P.O. BOX, a company representative will contact you regarding shipping.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
DUE TO LARGE NUMBER OF ORDERS BEING PLACED SIMULTANEOUSLY (via phone, internet, mail, fax, travel agents, brokers), ALL PRICES AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. IN THE EVENT THE PACKAGE YOU ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE, A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU. IF AVAILABLE, WE MAY OFFER AN ALTERNATE HOTEL OR PACKAGE.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICE LISTINGS
We strive for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Web site. However, due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, photographs, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product or package listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product or package and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.

REDEEMING COUPONS FOR AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS/PACKERS MEMORABILIA/PACKERS PARTNERS CLUB OF CHAMPIONS (PPCC)
All vouchers, coupons, discounts, or PPCC discounts for packages or memorabilia must be redeemed at the time of purchase. They will not be honored after the sale has been completed. Coupons are limited to one coupon, per item purchased. (Multiple discounts/vouchers cannot be applied towards one single item unless otherwise specified.) Not redeemable for cash. Valid for a $10 discount off items priced at less than $100 or a $25 discount off items priced at $100 or more.

AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS/PACKERS MEMORABILIA PURCHASES
When shipped to you from Packer Fan Tours: From the date of delivery, customers have 3 days to notify Packer Fan Tours of any defect or damage to the item.

Should the item be damaged or a defect exist, the item will be replaced. Only if no replacement is available will a refund be provided.

When Picked up at Packer Fan Tours or any PFT satellite location (In Person): All sales are considered final.

A note on Jersey Types

At Packer Fan Tours we offer a variety of signed jerseys in our memorabilia store. As manufacturers and styles change, we want to ensure you know what you’re purchasing, and have provided the information below for your reference when making your purchase.

Game Used Jerseys

If a jersey is listed as “game used”, the item will come with documentation and certificates of authenticity from both Packer Fan Tours and the Green Bay Packers verifying its authenticity. The jersey manufacturer and/or style may differ based on the season in which the game was played.

Nike NFL Jerseys

In 2012 Nike became the official jersey provider and manufacturer for the NFL. Nike offers three different kinds of NFL jersey, as defined below and taken from Nike.com.

Nike NFL Elite Jersey

The Nike NFL Elite Jersey is based on the on-field Elite 51 Uniform Jersey and is Nike’s premium game day jersey.

Please Note: These are based on the on-field Elite 51 Jersey the players wear, and not strictly “authentic on-field jerseys.”

Nike NFL Limited Jersey

The Nike NFL Limited Jersey allows you to represent in premium game day style and is a replica with stitched letting and numbers.

Nike NFL Game Jersey

The Nike NFL Game Jersey and is a replica with printed lettering and numbers.

The Nike NFL Elite Jersey represents the closest approximation of on-field apparel offered by Nike, the Nike NFL Limited Jersey offerse the same stitched numbers and letters as the Elite but with fewer features, and the Nike NFL Game Jersey is more of a replica than an authentic style jersey.

Authentic Style NFL Jerseys

Our “Authentic Style” jerseys are constructed of similar grade materials with sewn on numbers and letters so as resemble authentic jerseys worn on the field by players. “

PLAYER AUTOGRAPH PARTY & PHOTO RELEASE
Packer Fan Tours’ Player Autograph Parties are held on the night before Packers home games. Due to the popularity of the Parties, and to provide fans with an equal opportunity experience in regards to time, you will not be able to take “posed” photos of players with your own camera. In lieu of this, a Packer Fan Tours staff member will take posed and candid photos of you and our celebrity guests while you are getting your autographs. While we do our best to provide quality photos to fans as a convenience, Packer Fan Tours neither guarantees nor shall be held responsible for the quality or quantity of photos taken during the Player Autograph Party.

Additionally, any photos taken at Packer Fan Tours Player Autograph Party are copyright of Packer Fan Tours and shall only be used for personal, noncommercial use without prior written consent. By attending the party you and any children under 18 years of age while attending under your parental supervision, hereby waive any legal right to the photo(s) in which you appear and allow use of your image and likeness and/or your minor’s image and likeness for any commercial or noncommercial purpose including in advertising, sales, reproduction or any other use, without any further compensation or prior consent. During the Player Autograph Party, you may opt not to have any photo of yourself taken by our staff photographer by notifying us while in line.

Although exceedingly rare, Packer Fan Tours reserves the right to cancel any scheduled player reception due to player illness, scheduling changes, or for any other reason. Should a cancellation occur a full refund for the cost of the player reception will be issued.
